Chef Robert MacMillan and his team have crafted a menu that encapsulates the beauty of the surrounding mountains with a fun nightlife vibe. Inspired by the surrounding mountains, fields, farms, and waters of the Pacific Northwest, their delicious creations are simple, but flavourful, and are made with seasonal sustainable meats and produce. The menu is a twist on Canadian cuisine, with dinner boasting a range of share plates and indulgent desserts. Brunch is a leisurely experience full of hearty plates designed to be savoured while sipping on a freshly steamed latte, a mimosa, or a crafted Canadian Caesar. If it’s a nightcap you are after, the generous and mouth-watering late night menu is available from 10 pm until 1 am daily.
