Welcome to the Rimrock Cafe, Whistler’s most enjoyable dining experience. Since 1986, we have delighted diners with our innovative cuisine and emphasis on the finest fish and game. Chef/Owner Rolf Gunther and his team of chefs consistently deliver succulent, memorable flavours and artful presentation.
Behind the large glass window of our lit cellar, all manner of wines from the glamorous and recognizable to the intriguing and new seem to hum seductively. Here the small domestic producer rubs shoulders with established international houses.
The restaurant is consistently recognized for its atmosphere, service and a sublime eating experience. Two fireplaces cast an ambient glow over our rustic interior during the cold winter months. In the summer heat, maintain your cool inside our air-conditioned dining room or enjoy a warm evening on our landscaped garden patio.
