Discover Raclette: A Raclette meal is like a fondue party done one better – all of the socializing, with more cooking options. While the cheese melts, guests cook their own meats and/or vegetables on the grill. They then scrape the melted cheese out of the trays onto a selection of side dishes, the most notable being small tender potatoes. Guests cook, talk and eat, creating a most enjoyable experience.
