Fable Kitchen is the vision of Chef Trevor Bird: a restaurant that showcases his talents and helps define Canadian cuisine. Sourcing local product and delivering great flavors in a fun and non-pretentious setting, each day the food for guests is prepared from scratch in the restaurant's open kitchen. Because Fable sources product locally, the menu changes seasonally.
