Tantalus Viewpoint
The Tantalus Viewpoint overlooks the beautiful, snow-capped Tantalus Mountain Range and the valley below. From Squamish, the viewpoint is 12 kilometres north on Highway 99; be sure to keep an eye out for the sign, as the turnoff is easy to miss. The turnoff is only accessible travelling north and leads to the upper lookout with a parking lot. If you are travelling south, there is a separate lower lookout just off the highway. Both stops offer spectacular views that are not to be missed.
