Downtown Squamish
Dine, shop and play in Squamish’s vibrant downtown core where you’ll find retail shops, services and amenities all within walkable distance. Cleveland Avenue, Downtown Squamish’s main street, is lined with flower and coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, the Squamish Public Library, Municipal Hall and Howe Sound Brewery at the far end.
Cleveland Avenue is also home to two green spaces, O’Siyam Pavilion, a multi-purpose outdoor structure that acts as a stage for several outdoor music performances and community events throughout the year and Stan Clarke Park where there is a paved walkway and central plaza as well as a popular gated playground area.
During the summer, Downtown Squamish is bustling with live music and special events including the Canada Day celebration, Squamish Wind Festival, the Squamish Days Loggers Sports Parade and the weekly Squamish Farmers’ Market located at Cleveland Avenue and Victoria Street. Squamish’s oceanfront is also accessible at the end of Cleveland Avenue.
