Joffre Lakes Trail

Joffre Lakes Provincial Park is approximately half an hour northeast of Pemberton.

The trail to Lower Joffre Lake is a short, easy walk; however the trek to Middle and Upper Joffre Lakes is a fairly rough and steep 5 kilometre route. At Middle Joffre Lake, you will be rewarded with views of the prisine turquoise waters and sub-alpine forest. Upper Joffre Lake is the largest and most stunning of the three lakes, beneath the Matier Glacier.

A BC Parks Day Pass is required for each individual who wishes to hike on the Joffre Lake Provincial Park trails.
