Lower Seymour Conservation Area
The Lower Seymour Conservation Area sometimes referred to by locals as the Seymour Demonstration Forest, is one on Vancouver’s North Shore’s best-loved recreational areas drawing enthusiasts from around the region.
With over 100 kilometres of trails, a stocked fishing lake, and the beautiful Seymour River, the LSCR sees over 900,000 visitors annually.
